UNSUBSIDIZED RENTAL HOUSING
We help low-income families and individuals by providing affordable, stable housing and individualized case management that will help them address structural barriers to long-term housing, such as poor credit histories, itinerant rental histories, little or no savings, and low incomes. Beginning in 1974 as an all-volunteer organization, GSH now owns 99 condominiums and sublets 20 market rent units, renting them all at an affordable price to low-income working households. Potential residents from low-income, working families living in emergency shelters, substandard housing, or overcrowded housing are encouraged to apply for our rentals.
